MAOYE INT'L (00848) announces that the resignation of PricewaterhouseCoopers Hong Kong (PwC) as the company's auditor is effective from October 24, 2025, as the company and PwC were unable to reach an agreement on the audit fees for the comprehensive financial statements for the year ended December 31, 2025.
The board further announces that, upon recommendation of the audit committee, Baker Tilly Hong Kong will be appointed as the new auditor, effective from October 24, 2025, to fill the temporary vacancy left by PwC's resignation, with the term ending at the conclusion of the next annual general meeting of the company's shareholders.
