CHINA MER PORT (00144) announced that Mr. Tu Xiaoping has resigned as an executive director of the company due to retirement, effective from October 24, 2025. Therefore, as of October 24, 2025, Mr. Tu will also no longer serve as a member of the company's Environment, Social, and Governance Committee (ESG Committee).
The board also announced that it has approved changes to the composition of the ESG Committee, effective from October 24, 2025, as follows: The ESG Committee will consist of five members, namely Mr. Xu Song, Mr. Yan Gang, Mr. Lu Yongxin, and Mr. Wang Zhirong, with Mr. Feng Boming serving as the chairman of the ESG Committee.
