China Galaxy (06881) announced that China Galaxy Securities Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as the "Company") successfully issued the 15th tranche of short-term financing bonds for the year 2025 on July 16, 2025. The issuance amount of this tranche of short-term financing bonds is RMB 4 billion, with a coupon rate of 1.59% and a maturity of 99 days, with a maturity date of October 23, 2025. On October 23, 2025, the Company redeemed the principal and interest of this tranche of short-term financing bonds amounting to a total of RMB 40.17 billion.
