IDREAMSKY (01119) announced that all conditions related to the capitalization agreement and subscription agreement have been reached, and the issuance of subscription shares was completed on October 24, 2025. A total of 166 million shares under the capitalization agreement and 69.7756 million shares under the subscription agreement have been successfully issued according to the terms and conditions of the capitalization agreement and subscription agreement. The issuance price for the subscription shares under the capitalization agreement and subscription agreement is HK$1.098 per share.
