It proposed accelerating high-level technological self-reliance, building a strong domestic market, and expanding high-level opening to the outside world. CMSB pointed out that the one to two weeks after the meeting is a period of concentrated outbreak in the market, and in the future until the proposal is issued, it is necessary to focus on commercial aerospace, deep-sea technology, the Belt and Road Initiative, and areas where policies may be strengthened in the fourth quarter.

In terms of declines, the coal concept, film and television chains, and ice and snow industries all experienced corrections.
Looking ahead, Orient believes that in the short term, under the influence of external trade frictions, fund sentiment tends to be cautious, coupled with the large increase in the technology sector, the overall market is in a period of adjustment. Although some funds have shifted to thematic speculation, they are unable to lead the market to strengthen, and the probability of stock index fluctuations is high in the current stage.
