CEB GREENTECH (01257) announced that on October 23, 2025, the company's wholly-owned subsidiary Guangda Ecological Restoration and Baoying Energy have entered into an agreement for the collaborative disposal of excessive household waste. According to the agreement, Guangda Ecological Restoration has agreed to commission Baoying Energy to dispose of the excessive household waste generated by the project through incineration using Baoying Energy's facilities. Baoying Energy is expected to dispose of a total of 48,000 tons of excessive household waste, with 25,000 tons to be disposed of by December 31, 2025, and 23,000 tons to be disposed of by December 31, 2026.
Baoying Energy will charge a processing fee of RMB 126.29 per ton for the disposal of excessive household waste. Based on the total amount of excessive household waste being 48,000 tons, Guangda Ecological Restoration is expected to pay Baoying Energy approximately RMB 6.0619 million according to the collaborative disposal agreement.
