During the reporting period, the company achieved a total revenue of RMB 3.725 billion, an increase of 13.6% compared to the same period last year; net profit was RMB 184 million, an increase of 72.6% year-on-year; adjusted net profit reached RMB 216 million, an increase of 45.7% compared to the same period last year. During the reporting period, the company's F-end and B-end enterprise health business revenue increased by 21.5% year-on-year. Among them, the F-end medical insurance cooperation continued to deepen, and product capabilities continued to improve. At the same time, the company cooperated with Ping An Insurance Group to jointly develop "commercial insurance + health security entrustment + medical health service" products, accelerating the expansion of enterprise clients, providing a comprehensive guarantee, high-quality service, and cost-effective employee health management service system. As of the first three quarters of 2025, the accumulated number of serviced enterprise clients exceeded 4500, and the number of B-end paying users increased by 30.6% compared to the same period last year. For home care for the elderly, the company continues to explore a warm "insurance + home care" service model, focusing on refining medical services, health management, emergency rescue, remote care, and other services; by the end of the reporting period, the number of home care service rights holders increased by 41% compared to the end of 2024. During the reporting period, the company continued to deepen its AI capabilities. Through the deep application of AI technology, the quality and efficiency of the company's professional medical services have been significantly improved, with the accuracy of MDT (multi-disciplinary team) treatment plans for complex diseases further increasing to nearly 90%, and helping to reduce the average service cost per family doctor customer by about 52% year-on-year.
