ROYAL DELUXE (03789) has announced that Ms. Zhou Liqing, the Executive Director and CEO of the company, has resigned from her position as CEO due to adjustments in work arrangements, effective from October 23, 2025.
Following Ms. Zhou's resignation, the Board of Directors is pleased to announce that Mr. Wang Yuxuan, the Executive Director, has been appointed as the new CEO to replace Ms. Zhou, effective from October 23, 2025.
