SHANGHAI PECHEM (00338) announced that the Board of Directors of China Petroleum & Chemical Corporation SHANGHAI PECHEM Limited ("the Company") approved the appointment of Mr. Huang Lixin as the Company's securities affairs representative at the 20th meeting of the 11th Board of Directors held on October 22, 2025. The above resolution will take effect from the date of approval. Due to a change in job responsibilities, Mr. Yu Guangxian will no longer serve as the Company's securities affairs representative.
