WINTO GROUP (08238) announces that Mr. Lu Dewei (Mr. Lu) has resigned from his positions as an Independent Non-Executive Director, a member of the Audit Committee, a member of the Nomination Committee, a member of the Remuneration Committee, and a member of the Corporate Governance and Risk Management Committee of the company, effective from October 22, 2025, as he wishes to devote more time to other business activities.
