In order to promote the company's sustainable, stable, and healthy growth, as well as to safeguard the interests of the general public investors, Juzi Holding has purchased a total of 500,000 shares of the company in the market on the date of this announcement, with a total amount of approximately HKD 19.3 million (excluding commission and other expenses). Since the announcement of the purchase plan on June 9, 2025, up to the date of this announcement, Juzi Holding has purchased a total of 3,666,660 shares of the company in the market, with a total amount of approximately HKD 178.4 million (excluding commission and other expenses). Following this recent purchase, as of the date of this announcement, Juzi Holding holds a total of 584,771,535 shares of the company, accounting for 54.61% of the total issued shares of the company. Juzi Holding may further increase its shareholding in the company according to market conditions and applicable regulatory requirements.
