CHINA CINDA (01359) announced that, with the approval of the shareholders at the extraordinary general meeting, Mr. Song Weigang has been appointed as an executive director of the company, and Mr. Wang Zhongze has been appointed as an independent non-executive director of the company. Mr. Song Weigang and Mr. Wang Zhongze will assume their duties after their directorship qualifications are approved by the China Banking and Insurance Regulatory Commission, with a term of three years.
