CT Enterprise (03839) is pleased to announce that the expected comprehensive profit attributable to shareholders for the first three quarters is approximately USD 23.5 million, representing an increase compared to the same period last year.

CT ENTERPRISE (03839) announced that the Group expects to achieve an unaudited comprehensive profit attributable to shareholders of approximately 23.5 million US dollars for the nine months ending September 30, 2025 (9 months of 2025), compared to 4.3 million US dollars for the nine months ending September 30, 2024 (9 months of 2024). The increase in profit is mainly due to a significant growth in revenue, reflecting the successful implementation of key strategies in developing sales with large customers. However, due to the slowdown in the Chinese livestock industry, demand for our veterinary pharmaceutical products has decreased since the third quarter of 2025. The Group expects that the unaudited comprehensive profit attributable to shareholders for the three months ending September 30, 2025 will decrease to approximately 6.5 million US dollars, compared to 9.3 million US dollars for the three months ending June 30, 2025.
