CITIC SEC (06030) : CITIC SEC International provides guarantees for the issuance of USD 10.3 million and HKD 120 million notes by CSI MTN Limited.

CITIC SEC (06030) announced that its overseas wholly-owned subsidiary, CITIC SEC International Limited (hereinafter referred to as CITIC SEC International), has established an overseas medium-term note program named CSI MTN Limited (hereinafter referred to as the issuer or the guarantor) on March 29, 2022. This medium-term note program is guaranteed by CITIC SEC International. Based on the maturity of existing notes and the actual business needs of the company, the issuer issued two notes under the medium-term note program on October 21, 2025, with issuance amounts of $10.3 million US dollars and 1.2 billion Hong Kong dollars, respectively. After this issuance, the total principal balance of notes issued by the issuer under the medium-term note program is $2.68 billion US dollars.
