RISECOMM GP (01679) announced that on October 10, 2025 (Friday) at 4:00 pm (the deadline for the last day of distribution of unsubscribed shares in the open offer), a total of 81.956 million unsubscribed shares have been successfully placed with ten independent placing agents at a price of HK$0.5 per share (equivalent to the subscription price). Therefore, no net proceeds will be available for distribution to non-participating shareholders. Based on the acceptance results of the open offer and the results of the placement of unsubscribed shares, a total of 165 million shares (including unsubscribed shares) will be issued, representing 64.39% of the total number of shares offered for subscription in the open offer.
