FIRST PACIFIC (00142) announced that the pricing of Maynilad shares has been set at 15 Philippine pesos (equivalent to around 0.26 US dollars or 2.01 Hong Kong dollars) after the trading period on October 20, 2025. The final version of the prospectus and the notice of final offer price will be submitted to the Philippine Stock Exchange and the Philippine Securities and Exchange Commission no later than October 21, 2025. The proposed sale and listing period is expected to be from October 23, 2025 to October 29, 2025, with Maynilad shares expected to start trading on the Philippine Stock Exchange on November 7, 2025.
