OURGAME (06899) announcement, the Company received a notification on October 20, 2025, that Mr. Li Yangyang and his controlled entity Choi Shun Investment Limited (collectively referred to as "Mr. Li and Choi Shun") had sold a total of 179 million shares of the Company on October 17, 2025, equivalent to approximately 16.59% of the total issued shares of the Company as of the date of this announcement. Mr. Li and Choi Shun no longer have the right to exercise the voting rights of a total of 112 million shares (equivalent to approximately 10.38% of the total issued shares) and have terminated the acquisition of 28.62 million shares (equivalent to approximately 2.66% of the total issued shares). On the same day, according to the relevant equity disclosure notice made by Spark Holdings Limited (Spark), Spark has acquired a total of 323 million shares, equivalent to approximately 29.95% of the total issued shares. Following the aforementioned changes in shareholding, Mr. Li and Choi Shun no longer hold any shares and are no longer the major shareholders of the Company, while Spark has become the major shareholder of the Company.
