IVD MEDICAL (01931) Announcement: Ms. Tai Yang has been reassigned from an independent non-executive director to an executive director of the company, effective from October 20, 2025. In light of the reassignment, the following changes to the Board of Directors took effect from October 20, 2025: 1. Ms. Tai Yang is no longer a member of the Remuneration Committee, and Mr. Zhang Jianlei has been appointed as a member of the Remuneration Committee; and 2. Ms. Tai Yang has resigned as the Chairman of the Nomination Committee, but will continue to serve as a member of the Nomination Committee, while Mr. Zhang Jianlei has been appointed as the Chairman of the Nomination Committee.
