JL Mag Rare-Earth (06680) announced that the board of directors received a written resignation letter from non-executive director Mr. Li Xiaoguang on October 20, 2025. Due to job adjustments, Mr. Li Xiaoguang resigned from his positions as non-executive director of the company and member of the board's strategic committee. The resignation is effective immediately.
