Intco Medical Technology (300677.SZ) announced that its wholly-owned subsidiary, Intco Medical Technology International (Hong Kong) Limited (referred to as "Intco Medical Technology International"), plans to sign a subscription agreement with Huaping Investment to participate in the investment of Warburg Pincus Global Growth 15, L.P. with its own funds. The target fundraising size of the partnership enterprise is 17 billion US dollars, with Intco Medical Technology International committing to contribute 70 million US dollars as a limited partner (LP) of the partnership enterprise. The partnership enterprise aims to invest in growth capital transactions, early growth platforms, acquisitions, capital restructurings, and other special situations in the fields of medical health, energy transition, business services, industry, technology, consumer, and sustainable development.
