SAIMO (02571) appointed the trustee of the 2025 H share incentive trust plan.

SAIMO (02571) announces that the company has appointed Industrial and Commercial Bank of China International Trust Co., Ltd. (ICBC International Trust) as the trustee of the 2025 H-share reward trust plan in accordance with the planned rules. The company has entered into Trust Agreement I and Trust Agreement II with ICBC International Trust to establish two separate trusts, with selected participants as beneficiaries, to promote the acquisition and holding of H shares in the manner determined by the board of directors from time to time.
