AUX ELECTRIC (02580) announces that the Board of Directors is pleased to announce its approval of a plan (dividend payment plan) to declare and distribute dividends to shareholders for the financial years ending on December 31, 2025, 2026, and 2027.
According to the dividend payment plan, subject to market conditions and final approval by the Board of Directors at the relevant time, the company will continue to declare and distribute dividends for the financial years ending on December 31, 2025, 2026, and 2027. The dividends each year will not be less than 75% of the company's attributable net profit for the respective financial year.
