(referred to as "National IC Fund") regarding the results of the centralized bidding for the reduction of shares. As of October 20, 2025, the National IC Fund has cumulatively reduced its holdings in the company by 14.2762 million shares, accounting for 1% of the total share capital of the company. The reduction plan has been successfully completed. After the completion of this reduction plan, the National IC Fund's holding of the company's shares has decreased from 7.08% to 6.08%.
