INFINITY DEV(00640): Stock merger has taken effect

INFINITY DEV (00640) has announced that the share consolidation was effective on October 20, 2025. Due to the share consolidation, the trading unit per lot will change to 2000 shares from October 20, 2025. The trading unit for shares traded on HKEX will change from 4000 existing shares to 2000 consolidated shares. Trading of consolidated shares with the new trading unit of 2000 shares will resume at the original counter on November 4, 2025 at 9:00 am.
