ATV Holdings (00707) announced that on October 17, 2025 at 3:00 pm (Cayman Islands time) (which is 4:00 am on October 18, 2025 in Hong Kong time), it submitted an application to the Grand Court of the Cayman Islands (the Court) for the appointment of joint provisional liquidators (joint provisional liquidators) and a winding-up petition (petition). The company is currently awaiting the appointment of a judge by the Court to conduct a hearing on this matter, after which the application for joint provisional liquidators and the petition will be filed with the Court. The company believes that the application for joint provisional liquidators is in the overall best interests of the company, its shareholders, and creditors. The company will make further announcements in due course after filing the application for joint provisional liquidators and the petition with the Court. According to the application for joint provisional liquidators, the company has requested the Court to grant the joint provisional liquidators the following powers, including: formulating feasible restructuring plans to allow the company to continue operating, managing the company's business, representing the company in communication and dealings with all relevant regulatory and supervisory authorities, undertaking necessary regulatory actions and complying with any necessary listing requirements, as well as investigating the company's affairs. Furthermore, trading in the company's shares remains suspended.
