NATURE ENERGY appoints Tianzhi as the new chief nuclear officer.

Nature Energy T (01597) announces that, considering that the company and KPMG Certified Public Accountants have not reached a consensus on the proposed audit fees for the financial year ending December 31, 2025, and that the proposal from another suitable professional accounting firm is more competitive, the company proposes to change auditors in order to maintain good corporate governance and strengthen auditor independence. Therefore, KPMG Certified Public Accountants has resigned as the company's auditor, effective from October 15, 2025. Based on the recommendation of the Audit Committee, the Board has decided to appoint Deloitte Touche Tohmatsu Limited (Deloitte) as the company's auditor to fill the temporary vacancy left by KPMG's resignation, effective from October 20, 2025, until the end of the next Annual General Meeting of shareholders in 2026.
