This committee will be responsible for selecting an independent third-party investigative agency, primarily for the purpose of conducting legal and accounting investigations, and comprehensive accounting, auditing, and legal investigation skills. The scope of responsibilities of this investigative agency includes but is not limited to reviewing accounting records, transaction records, vouchers, and other documents, reconstructing the substance of activities, and preparing an objective, fact-based report to meet the resumption requirements of the Stock Exchange of Hong Kong.
