In the first three quarters, the per capita disposable income of residents in the country was 32,509 yuan, a nominal increase of 5.1% compared to the same period last year, and a real increase of 5.2% after deducting the price factor. When looking at urban and rural areas separately, the per capita disposable income of urban residents was 42,991 yuan, an increase of 4.4%, and a real increase of 4.5%; while the per capita disposable income of rural residents was 17,686 yuan, an increase of 5.7%, and a real increase of 6.0%.
In terms of expenditure, in the first three quarters, the per capita consumption expenditure of residents in the country was 21,575 yuan, a nominal increase of 4.6% compared to the same period last year, and a real increase of 4.7% after deducting the price factor. When looking at urban and rural areas separately, the per capita consumption expenditure of urban residents was 26,510 yuan, an increase of 3.8%, and a real increase of 3.9%; while the per capita consumption expenditure of rural residents was 14,597 yuan, an increase of 5.5%, and a real increase of 5.8%.
