LEAPMOTOR (09863) announced that, based on strong confidence in the future development of the company, to promote the sustainable, stable, and healthy development of the company, and to safeguard the interests of the general public investors, the company's shareholders, Chairman and CEO Zhu Jiangming and shareholder Fu Li Quan collectively purchased a total of 3.2435 million H shares of the company recently, with an average price of approximately HK$63.19 per share (this recent purchase). Following this recent purchase, as of the announcement date, Zhu Jiangming and Fu Li Quan, along with their affiliated largest shareholder group, collectively hold 207 million H shares and 129 million domestic shares of the company, accounting for 23.59% of the total shares issued by the company. From August 2024 to the announcement date, the company's shareholders, Chairman and CEO Zhu Jiangming, and shareholder Fu Li Quan have collectively purchased approximately HK$850 million worth of shares.
