GUOFUHEE(02582) Residential Hydrogen Energy Storage System First Enters Moroccan Hotel

On October 13, 2025, Jiangsu GUOFUHEE Technology Equipment Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "GUOFUHEE", 02582) officially signed a contract with GF HYDROGEN AFRICA to jointly promote the Agadir Green Hydrogen Project in Morocco. As a company specializing in the design, manufacturing, and technical services of hydrogen equipment for "production, storage, transportation, and utilization," GUOFUHEE will provide the core equipment for the project - residential hydrogen energy storage systems, which can precisely adapt to the daily energy needs of hotels; GF HYDROGEN AFRICA will rely on local industrial resources and market experience to promote the project in the region, establishing a cooperative foundation. Previously, GUOFUHEE had signed an agreement with GF HYDROGEN AFRICA and the EHTP Institute in Morocco to jointly establish the Clean Hydrogen Excellence Center, and this hotel project is a deepening of their hydrogen energy layout in Morocco. To ensure the quality of equipment and the effectiveness of the project, the cooperation will establish a dual control process of "factory testing + on-site acceptance": the equipment must undergo strict testing before leaving the factory to ensure performance standards, and after on-site installation and commissioning, both parties will jointly inspect to ensure that the equipment meets the actual project needs. At the same time, this cooperation also reserves flexible space for the future promotion of green hydrogen energy in more hotel scenarios, supporting the scale application of technology. This signing is not only a key breakthrough for GUOFUHEE's overseas application of hydrogen energy in hotel settings, but it will also create a "demonstration model of green hydrogen energy application in the hotel sector" for Morocco and even the African region. The demonstration value of green accommodation scenes can provide reference for the green hosting needs of the 2030 World Cup in Morocco and serve as a beneficial supplement to zero-carbon scenes around the event. In the future, the two parties will closely cooperate to promote the project landing, help the region's energy structure upgrade to green low-carbon, and accumulate practical experience in cross-regional and scenario-based cooperation in hydrogen energy technology globally.
