On October 18, the International Cooperation Department of the China Securities Regulatory Commission issued the "Notice of Filing for Overseas Issuance and Listing of Shanghai Huichuang Electronics Co., Ltd." Huichuang Electronics (688538.SH) plans to issue no more than 2,802,501,000 shares of overseas listed common stock and list on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange.

Hope Electro-Optic (688538.SH) plans to issue no more than 2,802,501,000 shares of overseas listed ordinary shares and list on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange.
The prospectus shows that Hope Electro-Optic is a manufacturer of AMOLED semiconductor display panels, focusing on research and production of AMOLED semiconductor display panels that bring extraordinary true colors, outstanding visual experience, and low power consumption to people. According to Zochi Consulting, based on cumulative sales volume from 2022 to 2024, the company ranks second globally in the production of large and medium-sized AMOLED semiconductor display panels, and first in China.
