(300249.SZ) announcement, the company's controlling shareholder and actual controller Mr. Sun Yizheng intends to transfer 22.024 million shares of the company's unrestricted tradable shares through agreement. This represents 5.00% of the company's current total share capital and the shares were held prior to the company's initial public offering. The shares will be transferred to Sichuan Development Securities Investment Fund Management Co., Ltd. (representing the "Sichuan Capital Market Relief Development Securities Investment Fund Partnership (Limited Partnership)", referred to as "Sichuan Development Securities Fund") at a price of 12.1280 yuan / share. The two parties signed the "Share Transfer Agreement" on October 15, 2025.
