Longpan Technology (02465) has announced that it has been approved by the China Securities Regulatory Commission to issue shares in Jiangsu Longpan Technology.
Jiangsu Lopal Tech. Group (02465) announced that the China Securities Regulatory Commission approved its non-public issuance of 82.9786 million RMB ordinary shares (A-shares) on May 2022. Guotai Haitong Securities Co., Ltd. (now Guotai Haitong Co., Ltd.) acted as the sponsor for the issuance and will continue to supervise until December 31, 2023.
In a board meeting on August 20, 2025, and a shareholders' meeting on September 17, 2025, the company approved the issuance of A-shares to specific entities in 2025. The company has appointed China Securities Co., Ltd. as the sponsor for this issuance and signed an agreement with them.
According to regulations, when applying for a new issuance, companies must terminate agreements with previous sponsors and have the new sponsor take over any ongoing duties. China Securities Co., Ltd. will now take over the supervision tasks previously held by Guotai Haitong, who will no longer be responsible for such duties. Mr. Zhou Baichuan and Mr. Shi Jiwei from China Securities Co., Ltd. will jointly oversee the company's issuance and supervision tasks.
