HING YIP HLDGS (00132) announced that on October 17, 2025, its subsidiary, Green Gold Leasing, entered into a financing lease with the lessee (Guicheng Yintaida Water Service Co., Ltd.) for a total consideration of RMB 20 million. The lessee will acquire ownership of certain designated sewage treatment equipment and facilities located in Xiangyang City, Hubei Province, China, and lease them back to the lessee for a period of seventy months for their use and possession.
