Sino Gas Holdings (01759) announced that Ms. Zhou Yuyan has resigned as the company secretary and authorized representative of the company, effective from October 17, 2025, and will no longer serve as the authorized representative as stipulated in Rule 3.05 of the Securities Listing Rules of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange. The board also announced the appointment of Ms. Lai Weiqi to replace Ms. Zhou as the company secretary and authorized representative of the company, effective from October 17, 2025.
