According to the latest information from the Hong Kong Stock Exchange, GIC disclosed on October 13 that it had increased its holdings in China Biotech again, with a total of 88,618,000 shares, representing a 6% stake, demonstrating its long-term confidence. Compared to the previous equity disclosure, the additional shares purchased on October 13 exceeded 8.2 million shares, with an average cost of 6.9576 Hong Kong dollars per share. It is worth noting that this is GIC's second significant increase in holdings in less than two months - on August 18, GIC had increased its stake in China Biotech by 80.4 million shares, spending over 630 million Hong Kong dollars. In addition, China Biotech is set to announce preliminary clinical data for its globally pioneering PD-1/VEGF/CTLA-4 triple-specific antibody CS2009 in around 70 patients at the 2025 European Society for Medical Oncology Congress on October 19.
