Tibet Zhuhui Mining Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as Zhuhui Mining) submitted its Hong Kong IPO prospectus on April 17th, which expired after six months on October 17th. At the time of submission, Sinolink (Hong Kong) and Maisi Capital were its joint sponsors. According to the prospectus, Zhuhui Mining is a mining company focused on exploration, mining, production, and sales of zinc, lead, and copper in Tibet, China. According to data from the Shanghai Nonferrous Network, the company ranks second, third, and fifth in Tibet in terms of average annual production of zinc concentrates, lead concentrates, and copper concentrates from 2022 to 2024. Mining operations are located in Rongdo Township, Jiali County, Nagqu City, Tibet. The company's Monya'a mine includes an operating open-pit mine since 2007 and a developing underground mining project. The underground mine is expected to enter commercial operation in the second half of 2025. The company's mining operations are located in the national designated Jinda exploration area, at elevations between 5,000.0 meters to 5,300.0 meters, where abundant mineral resources have been discovered. The company holds exploration rights of approximately 58.5 square kilometers and mining rights of approximately 4.5 square kilometers in the area.
