AEC GROUP (08320) announced that Ms. Lin Jiali has been appointed as an independent non-executive director of the company, as well as a member of the Audit Committee, Remuneration Committee, Nomination Committee, Environmental, Social and Governance Committee, Risk Management Committee and Responsible Investment Committee, effective from October 17, 2025.
