IB Settlement (00147) announces that as part of the group's investment in cryptocurrencies and related business development plan, the board of directors has decided to recommend further acquisition of Bitcoin within a period of two months starting from the date of this announcement on October 16, 2025. The total cost of the potential acquisition shall not exceed HK$200 million, which is determined based on the group's financial condition.
