GENFLEET-B(02595): Fully exercise the excess rights issue and stabilize the end of the price period.

GENFLEET-B(02595) announces that the exclusive sponsor and overall coordinator (on behalf of itself and the international underwriters) has fully exercised the excess share subscription rights as described in the prospectus on October 16, 2025, involving a total of 13.386 million H shares, accounting for approximately 15% of the total number of shares available for subscription under the global offering before exercising the excess share subscription rights (taking into account the full exercise of the greenshoe option). The excess shares will be issued and distributed by the company at a price of HK$20.39 per H share. The excess shares will be used to supplement the excess allocation of the international offering. Additionally, the stabilizing period for the global offering ended on October 16, 2025 (i.e. 30 days after the deadline for submitting the Hong Kong public offering application).
