CHINA ENERGY (00228) announces that Zhonghui Anda Certified Public Accountants Co., Ltd. has resigned as the company's auditor, effective from October 16, 2025. According to the company's organizational regulations and upon recommendation of the audit committee, Freud Mayerz Certified Public Accountants Co., Ltd. has been appointed as the new auditor of the company, effective from October 16, 2025, to fill the temporary vacancy left by Zhonghui Anda's resignation, until the end of the next annual general meeting of shareholders. However, this appointment is subject to approval by the shareholders at the annual general meeting by ordinary resolution.
