WANDA HOTEL DEV (00169) announced that, starting from October 16, 2025, (1) Ning Qifeng has resigned from his position as executive director and chairman of the board, and Liu Yingwu has resigned from his position as director; (2) Zhang Chunyuan and Han Xu have been appointed as executive directors from being non-executive directors, and Mr. Zhang has been appointed as the chairman of the board; (3) Ho Kei Chung and Leung Yan Wah have been appointed as non-executive directors; and (4) Mr. Zhang has been appointed as the chairman of the Nomination Committee of the Company.
