They will jointly establish the "Appotronics Corporation-Shenzhen University Joint Laboratory" to collaborate on research and development in the field of semiconductor laser technology, to promote innovation and development in the upstream device sector of the company. Both parties will leverage their respective strengths to establish a long-term cooperative relationship between industry, academia, and research. The agreement is valid for 6 years, during which the company expects to provide funding of up to 6 million RMB to the joint laboratory.
