BANKCOMM (03328) announced that the Board of Directors recently received a written resignation report from Ms. Lin Zhihong, the head of internal audit, who resigned from her position as the director of the Audit Supervision Bureau of the bank due to a job reassignment. Her resignation will take effect from October 16, 2025. Her resignation will not have any adverse impact on the bank's daily operations.
