POWER XINCHEN (01148) resumed trading in the afternoon and rose by more than 27%. As of the time of writing, it had risen by 27.12% to HK$0.375, with a trading volume of HK$4.5191 million. In terms of news, POWER XINCHEN announced that on October 16, 2025, the buyer Mianyang POWER XINCHEN (an indirect wholly-owned subsidiary of the company) and the company (as the subscriber) entered into a stock purchase agreement with the seller Shanxi Lantian Industrial Group and the target company China Aviation Lantian Equipment. The buyer agreed to purchase from the seller and the seller agreed to sell to the buyer the target company's equity (53% equity interest) for a maximum of approximately RMB 147 million (equity transfer); and the subscriber agreed to contribute RMB 5 million equivalent to the target company after the completion of the equity transfer (capital increase). After the completion of the equity transfer, the subscriber shall contribute RMB 5 million equivalent to the target company (capital increase consideration). After the capital increase, assuming the target company's equity structure remains unchanged, the buyer shall hold approximately 60% of the target company's equity. The target company will become a subsidiary of the buyer and an indirect non-wholly-owned subsidiary of the company. It is reported that the target company is mainly engaged in the manufacturing of automobiles, special equipment, and mining machinery, as well as the production of automotive parts, industrial robots, and intelligent material handling equipment. As of the announcement date, the target company is wholly-owned by the seller.
