"Galaxy Macau" announces a three-year strategic partnership with DAMAI ENT (01060) and Macau Pass to jointly promote the upgrade of the Macau cultural and entertainment industry.

On October 15th, "Galaxy Macau" Integrated Resort announced that it had once again renewed its strategic cooperation agreement with DAMAI ENT (01060) and Macao Tong for a period of three years. This partnership signifies that the three parties will further integrate resources, leverage their respective strengths, and promote the upgrade of the Macau cultural and entertainment industry, presenting a more diverse and high-quality live and online performances for the Greater Bay Area of Guangdong, Hong Kong, and Macau. They will also establish comprehensive cooperation in publicity, marketing, and ticketing systems, as well as introduce talents from the cultural and entertainment industry to Macau. This cooperation will also expand beyond Macau to actively explore and research cooperation on non-Macau venue projects in order to create a hub for performing arts in the Greater Bay Area of Guangdong, Hong Kong, and Macau. Additionally, the three parties will further deepen their cooperation in the membership system, jointly promote cross-platform membership promotional activities and exclusive benefits exchange, and enhance the member experience. On the ticketing front, DAMAI ENT will continue to collaborate with "Galaxy Macau" to promote the comprehensive cooperation in ticketing systems and assist Macao Tong in upgrading its ticketing system technology and hardware, aiming to provide audiences with a more convenient and seamless ticket purchasing experience. The collaborative projects will also receive more prominent promotion on the platforms of the three parties, further increasing the visibility of performance events. It is reported that "Galaxy Macau" and DAMAI ENT have previously engaged in deep cooperation in ticketing systems and content introduction. DAMAI ENT's intelligent operation management platform for the performing arts industry, Mai Zuo, will go international in 2024, and its first international version of the ticketing system was officially delivered to the Galaxy Amphitheatre in the same year. This system supports instant large traffic ticket purchases for popular events, with multiple security mechanisms such as high anti-DDOS and anti-machine brushing, providing users with a more convenient, smooth, and stable ticket purchasing experience. With the opportunity of strategic cooperation, "Galaxy Macau" has successfully introduced top mainland performances and large-scale variety activities to Macau, including events such as the TFBOYS concert, Wang Yuan concert, "The Good Voice Concert", "Zhen Huan Love Never Stops - Zhen Huan Chuan Xiaozhu Evening Party", and multiple stand-up comedy attractions.
