WISDOM WEALTH (00007) announced on October 13, 2025, that the company has entered into a strategic cooperation agreement with Tinian Communication (Hong Kong) Limited (Tinian Communication Hong Kong), a wholly-owned subsidiary of Tinian Communication Holdings Limited (000829.SZ). According to the strategic cooperation agreement, both parties will jointly expand global electronic product trade, distribution, and brand promotion, utilizing Hong Kong as an international business hub to expand business coverage to key markets such as Southeast Asia, the Middle East, and Europe. Tinian Communication Hong Kong will provide a legal product supply channel within its authorized brand distribution system and offer a revolving credit line to support the company's operational funds and procurement activities. The two parties will also jointly establish a global supply chain management joint venture company integrating trade, logistics, and management services to further enhance the scalability, operational efficiency, and long-term business resilience of the company's revenue. The directors believe that this strategic cooperation will benefit the group's trading business, strengthen product supply stability, expand sales in overseas markets, and align with the group's long-term development goals and business strategy.
