EEKA FASHION (03709) has completed the issuance of 4.6 million subscribed shares to DL HOLDINGS GP (01709).

EEKA FASHION (03709) and DL HOLDINGS GP (01709) jointly announced that on October 15, 2025, DL HOLDINGS GP completed the subscription of 4.6 million shares of EEKA FASHION (03709) at a subscription price of HK$6.50 per share, with a net amount of approximately HK$29.6 million from the subscription, intended to be used to repay the loan financing that is due to expire in December 2025.
