Huaneng Power (00902) announced that in the third quarter of 2025, the total electricity generated by the company's operating power plants in China amounted to 1,257.68 billion kilowatt-hours, a decrease of 3.67% compared to the same period last year. In the first three quarters of 2025, the total electricity generated by the company's operating power plants in China reached 3,314.51 billion kilowatt-hours, a decrease of 2.87% year-on-year. The average electricity price for the company's operating power plants in China in the first three quarters of 2025 was RMB 478.71 per megawatt-hour, a decrease of 3.54% compared to the same period last year. The proportion of electricity traded in the market for the first three quarters of 2025 was 85.00%, a decrease of 2.06 percentage points from the same period last year. The main reasons for the decrease in electricity generation are: the company continues to promote green and low-carbon transformation, with increasing installed capacities of wind and solar power promoting the growth of new energy generation; factors such as loose supply and demand and the growth of new energy installations encroaching on coal-fired power generation space have led to a decrease in coal-fired power generation. In the third quarter of 2025, the market share of electricity generation for Singapore Dasin Energy Limited, a wholly-owned subsidiary of the company, was 17.81%, a decrease of 0.79 percentage points compared to the same period last year. In the first three quarters of 2025, the cumulative market share of electricity generation for Singapore Dasin Energy Limited was 18.31%, a decrease of 1.29 percentage points compared to the same period last year.
