XIN POINT HOLD (01571) announced that Mr. Zhang Haofeng, one of the company's financial directors, has been appointed as Chief Financial Officer of the company starting from October 15, 2025. He will be responsible for accounting and financial management of the group, as well as liaising with external parties on financial matters. Mr. Zhang's responsibilities also include acquisition evaluation, reviewing group performance, and managing investor relations. After Mr. Zhang Haofeng's appointment as CFO, another financial director of the company, Mr. Li Zefu, will no longer be responsible for liaising with external parties on financial matters and managing investor relations. Mr. Li will continue to be in charge of accounting and financial management of the group.
